Job Overview

Assembly Technicians are hands-on builders who bring Dymax products to life. This role is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in assembling equipment that must perform in tough environments. Attitude, drive, and willingness to learn are our top hiring priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly of Dymax products following engineering drawings, prints, and schematics
• Routing and installing hydraulic plumbing, hoses, fittings, and related components
• Following correct torque specifications and assembly procedures
• Performing basic electrical routing and crimping where applicable
• Using hoists, forklifts, and material-handling equipment safely
• Performing quality checks, documentation, and fit-up verification
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Supporting functional testing and troubleshooting as needed

Qualifications

Must Have

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and reliability
• Ability to read basic prints (training provided if entry-level)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience in mechanical, maintenance, or equipment repair
• Background in agriculture equipment, heavy machinery, automotive tech, or industrial assembly
• Forklift or hoist experience (training available)
• Hydraulic systems familiarity
• Electrical knowledge/experience a big plus

Education & Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
