Dykema’s Dallas office is seeking a highly motivated associate with 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling insurance bad faith matters and complex commercial litigation, with a strong background in drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and developing comprehensive case strategies. Proficiency in drafting various pleadings is essential. We are looking for candidates with exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship. Admission to practice in Texas is required.
