Dyer Marine is growing and we're looking for an experienced Boat Sales Consultant to join our team in Mooresville, NC. We're looking for someone who knows boats and knows how to sell them! Someone who can confidently discuss the differences between inboard and outboard models, explain features to customers, safely operate and trailer boats, and guide a buyer toward the right boat for their lifestyle.

What You'll Do
- Sell new and pre-owned inboard and outboard boats
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Prospect for new business and develop your own customer pipeline
- Conduct boat showings, demonstrations, and on-water demos
- Take customers through the complete buying process, from initial contact through delivery
- Coordinate with financing, service, parts, and management teams to provide a seamless customer experience
- Stay current on boat models, features, technology, and competitive products
- Represent Dyer Marine professionally at boat shows, events, and community activities
- Deliver an exceptional ownership experience that generates referrals and repeat business
What We're Looking For
- Previous boat/marine sales experience
- Proven track record of sales success
- Comfortable driving and trailering boats
- Strong knowledge of both inboard and outboard boat models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work weekends and occasional events as required by the marine industry
