Responsibilities
The Sales Development Representative supports the outside sales team and manages proactive marketing, lead generation and follow-up; sales coordination and customer satisfaction activities.
Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Sales coordination responsibilities:
- Manage the equipment sales administration
- Manages CRM and ERP systems coordination
- Manages OS account lists on business systems
- Tracks activity and revenue at target accounts
- Generates Monthly Sales Reports (Bookings, Invoicing, etc.)
- Generates sales charts for posting (Salesmen Performance, # of PM contracts, etc.)
- Generates special sales reports for management as needed
- Coordinates communication between business unit / OS / IS
- Manages administration of sales blitz
- Develops tracking procedures to include log in, assignment, follow up
- Follows Leads from Cradle to Grave and tracks results
- Manages monthly customer satisfaction surveys
- Seminars, advertising and coordination
- Coordinate customer and employee social events
- Supports social media advertising and promotion
- Targeted direct mail campaigns & sales blitz
- E-mail marketing campaign
- Manages manufacturers co-op funds
- Manages all marketing efforts related to above
- 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and/or Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Windows based programs
- Possess organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable with CRM and business enterprise software systems, update and maintain systems with new sales information
- Meet deadlines and keep commitments consistently
- Broad knowledge and experience in the industry
- Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Acceptance driving record according to company guidelines
