Responsibilities of the Distribution Center Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities of the Distribution Center Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise daily operations of the distribution center to ensure accurate inventories, high fulfillment rates, and excellent customer service
- Oversee all pick and pack functions, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory accounting
- Supervise receiving operations, including verification of shipments, vendor and freight issue resolution, and proper stocking of inventory
- Lead and mentor service team leads and all warehouse associates across picking, packing, shipping, and receiving functions
- Maintain backlog of orders and receipts within customer requirements and company standards
- Train personnel on procedures, policies, and safe work practices
- Record and track warehouse transactions in company systems (Neterprise)
- Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and proper equipment maintenance
- Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with employment laws
- Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when required
- Represent and promote the company in a professional manner at all times
- Assist management with work solutions, employee relations, and operational issues as needed
- College degree or equivalent military training required
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in warehousing and distribution in a fast-paced pick and pack environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and personnel management skills
- Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Working Conditions: Warehouse/Industrial environment
- Training/Certifications: N/A
- Shift Time/Overtime: Monday–Friday, with flexibility as needed
- Travel: Minimal
