Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver Garage programs such as hackathons, workshops, and innovation challenges.
- Manage prototype project intake, scoping, communication, and execution with stakeholders.
- Partner with Program Managers in other Garage sites to ensure consistency and best practices.
- Oversee logistics, scheduling, communications, and event operations.
- Track engagement metrics, feedback, and outcomes to refine future programs.
- Ensure alignment with the Garage SOW, Microsoft compliance requirements, and delivery quality standards.
- Support technical teams, Lab Managers, Learning PMs, and Microsoft partners during hands-on activities and demonstrations.
- 3–7 years of experience in program management, events, or innovation programs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
