Location: On-site, Washington, DC.. Candidates within 25 miles of a DXC office are required to work on-site 2 days per week.
Role Summary: DXC Technology is seeking a PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) Tester to support quality assurance and testing efforts across PeopleSoft applications. This role is focused on validating end-to-end business processes, executing automated and manual test cases, and ensuring the stability of system enhancements and releases within a federal environment.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework, strong testing fundamentals, and the ability to operate in a structured, client-facing delivery model.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF)
- Design and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases
- Validate end to end business processes across PeopleSoft environments
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including coordination and issue triage
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
- Provide regular status reporting, test metrics, and risk insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, developers, and business users
- 3 to 6 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) or PeopleSoft test automation
- Strong understanding of test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle management
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar
- Ability to validate complex business workflows and system integrations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Close attention to detail and the ability to work in structured delivery environments
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required
- U.S. Citizenship required
- US-based role; on-site required, Washington, DC, area
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal clients
- Exposure to PeopleSoft modules such as HCM or FSCM
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Familiarity with ERP testing and large-scale system implementations
