Compensation & Benefits.

• $75,000 - $85,000 Base Commission structure.

About The Role.

Sales (50%)

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue and margin targets
• Prospect, pitch, and close new business in your local market
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
• Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately

Operations Management (50%)

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure quality service delivery
• Lead, coach, and develop your team (recruiters, coordinators, account managers)
• Monitor key metrics: fill rates, time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and profitability
• Manage branch P&L and budgets to maximize profit
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Resolve client and associate issues promptly

Requirements.

• 3–5 years in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions
• 2 years in leadership or sales management
• Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of local labor markets and employment regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with ATS and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred
