We are expanding our brokerage team. Whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned broker looking for a stronger platform, you'll join an elite, tight-knit team where your production is the only ceiling.
What you'll do
- Proactively prospect commercial property owners across Miami, with a commitment to 100 calls per day
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, investors and developers
- Source and market investment sales and leasing opportunities
- Log all activity, contacts and deal information in DWNTWN's proprietary software
- Become an expert in the Miami market: comps, ownership, zoning, development pipeline and trends

What we're looking for
- Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license (required)
- Some understanding of commercial real estate preferred, but not required for candidates with the right drive
- Relentless work ethic, discipline and resilience
- Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine desire to build a career in brokerage
- Strong communication skills, comfortable on the phone and in person
- Coachable, with a hunger for continuous improvement
