Requirements:
- Proven experience in roofing installation and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
- Maintain effective communication with project managers, contractors, and clients to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Must be unafraid of heights and comfortable climbing tall ladders

Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee roofing crews in the field to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Inspect roofing work for quality, accuracy, and proper installation techniques.
- Communicate project updates, concerns, and timelines with project managers, contractors, clients, and team members.
- Support team members through clear direction, motivation, and hands-on leadership.
- Travel throughout the service area to supervise jobs, solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
