Dwelling Care and Companion, LLC is currently seeking dependable, compassionate Companion Caregivers to provide non-medical support to clients in Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Edgewater, and surrounding Volusia County communities.
This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who enjoy helping seniors and other individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
We are seeking caregivers for part-time and full-time opportunities, with assignments based on client needs, caregiver availability, and geographic area.
What You'll Do
As a Companion Caregiver, you may assist clients with:
- Providing companionship, conversation, and social interaction
- Light meal preparation and meal planning
- Light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and maintaining a tidy environment
- Running errands and grocery shopping
- Accompanying clients to appointments or community activities when appropriate
- Providing reminders for medications (no medication administration)
- Supporting clients with routine daily activities within the caregiver's permitted scope
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition or home environment
- Maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment
- Documenting services provided as required
What We're Looking For
We are looking for caregivers who are:
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and agency staff
- Reliable and committed to scheduled assignments
- Able to travel to client locations within their selected service area
- Willing to complete all required screening, documentation, and onboarding requirements
Previous caregiving, companion care, senior care, home care, CNA, HHA, or related experience is preferred but may not be required for every assignment.

Pay
Starting at $15.00 per hour
Compensation may vary based on assignment, experience, schedule, and other applicable factors.
