Job Title: Senior Technical Representative (STR) – Property Accountability Services
Reports To: DWBHCORP Program Manager / Prime Leadership
Location: 100% On-Site at NUWCDIVNPT, Newport RI (local commuting distance required; occasional travel to detachments)
Position Summary Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government COR and senior company management. Provide overall leadership and oversight of all Property Accountability Support (PAS) services across receiving, warehousing, inventory, expenditures, PPP&M, delivery, and customer service. Ensure 100% compliance with Navy ERP, SUBSAFE/Level I/DSS-SOC, and FIAR requirements while maintaining seamless transition and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of accountability for all contract deliverables and day-to-day operations
- Maintain direct communication with the COR on status, risks, quality, and performance metrics
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance of the entire team (including subcontractor personnel)
- Lead the 30-day transition-in plan and ensure full operational capability on Day 1
- Monitor and control costs, risks, and quality in accordance with the Government’s PRST standards
- Ensure all personnel meet SUBSAFE/Level I/DSS-SOC “Embedded” employee requirements and maintain required clearances and certifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years warehouse experience
- Proven experience successfully managing similar warehouse / property accountability contracts of comparable size and complexity
- Demonstrated authority to independently commit company resources
- Strong line of communication to senior company management
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Navy ERP / SAP experience
- Secret clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
