Deliver Quality Roofing Work
As a Journeyman Roofer I, you’ll apply trade knowledge and installation experience to perform commercial roofing work while supporting safe, productive jobsites.
What You’ll Do
- Install commercial roofing systems (single-ply, metal, insulated systems as applicable)
- Perform flashing, detailing, and terminations
- Execute work according to specifications and quality expectations
- Read plans and understand basic project layouts
- Identify and correct installation deficiencies
- Maintain production goals while prioritizing safety
- Support Assistant Roofers through guidance and training
- Exercise Stop-Work Authority when serious hazards are identified
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years commercial roofing experience required
- Working knowledge of roofing systems and installation standards
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work at heights and perform physical labor
