We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Lead - Business Operations to steer high-impact operational and system initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Your prior experience with Autodesk Vault implementation is highly valued. This temporary role offers high visibility, meaningful ownership, and the potential to convert to a permanent position.
You’ll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and workflows—ensuring teams are ready, engaged, and successful. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution, driving organizational evolution through proactive project management and change leadership.
What you’ll do
- Lead enterprise-level projects from planning through adoption
- Drive change management, training, and user adoption
- Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain
- Track outcomes and ensure measurable business results
What we’re looking for
- 8 years of project or transformation leadership
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong change management and stakeholder leadership skills
- Experience with Vault (Autodesk), ERP, or large system rollouts preferred
Based on your location, this role will work from a Mission Critical Group site commutable to you: Harleysville, PA; Stone Mountain, GA; Bethesda, MD; Bay St. Louis, MS; Belle Chasse, LA; McKinney, TX; or Spicewood, TX.
