Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician with strong troubleshooting and programming skills. Candidates must hold a valid FDNY S-98 Certificate of Fitness and OSHA 30 certification. A valid driver's license is also required.

Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ field experience and managing a field team is required for all positions
- Knowledge of NYC and National Fire codes a must
- Fire Alarm experience required
- Programing Fire Alarm Systems
- Marking-up As-built drawings
- Certified education programs may count as limited experience
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist Fire Alarm technicians for Testing, Installations, and Troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with the AHJ standards.
- Programming, troubleshooting and repairs on Fire Alarm Systems.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

- OSHA 30 certification Required
