As we continue to grow across the Southeast, we are hiring three organized, client-focused Operations Managers to coordinate Exterior Services, each in their own region. Each position is hybrid, reports regularly to the DVM service center in its region, and works closely with field managers, account management, and service partners to plan work, maintain service quality, and provide clients with clear operational visibility.

• Atlanta, GA: Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and assigned Southeast markets
• Ft. Lauderdale, FL: All Florida operations

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate service delivery for commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, enhancements, seasonal exterior work, and weather-related response (including snow and ice where applicable) across the assigned territory.
• Support field managers with weekly work schedules, staffing and equipment planning, routing, subcontractor assignments, and backup coverage; adjust plans for changing site needs.
• Partner with field managers and service providers to confirm site readiness, resolve scheduling or service issues, and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Meet regularly with client representatives for site walkthroughs and performance reviews, anticipate concerns, communicate resolutions, and provide timely operational reports.
• Meet routinely with account management to review contractual requirements, client KPIs, service-level commitments, open items, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor work orders, service photos, inspection findings, and documentation in DVM's reporting systems and client platforms; support accurate and timely closeout.
• Coordinate site quality reviews, new-location transitions, seasonal readiness, and emergency or weather-response planning with field managers.
• Review field and vendor capacity, safety concerns, operating costs, and service trends; recommend operational improvements and appropriate service enhancements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial landscaping, exterior facility services, multi-site operations, or a related operations management role.
• Experience coordinating schedules, field managers or supervisors, subcontractors, and services across multiple customer locations.
• Strong client-facing communication, meeting facilitation, problem-solving, and written reporting skills.
• Ability to track service quality, client KPIs, work-order performance, and basic operating costs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and digital work-order or service-reporting platforms.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.

Work Location & Schedule

Hybrid position with regular in-person reporting to the DVM service center in the assigned region and frequent travel to client sites throughout the assigned territory. Remote work flexibility is available based on operational needs; service center attendance will align with client meetings, field coordination, and business priorities. Full-time schedule with occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or weather-related coordination as needed.
