As our caseload grows, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bodily Injury Paralegal to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled paralegal with a strong background in personal injury law, specifically in handling medical records, chronologies, and summaries. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and the experience to support attorneys in all stages of pre-litigation and litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Review, request, and organize medical records
• Draft clear and concise medical chronologies and summaries
• Identify key injuries, treatments, and gaps in care
• Communicate with providers, clients, and insurance companies
• Assist with demand packages and trial preparation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
• Support attorneys with case development and strategy

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and treatment timelines
• Proven experience drafting detailed medical chronologies and summaries
• Excellent writing, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with litigation support
• Familiarity with Clio is a plus
