The Sr. Distribution Administrator will be responsible for coordinating daily distribution and dispatch operations while ensuring efficient load planning, shipment scheduling, and communication with internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate outbound and inbound dispatch activities.
- Build and schedule transportation loads to support daily operations.
- Monitor shipment status and communicate updates with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate distribution records using email and Excel.
- Support transportation and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues while maintaining efficient workflow.
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Follow company procedures while supporting daily distribution activities.
- 3 years of experience in distribution, dispatch, or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of transportation and load-building processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and email.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in a team-oriented environment.
