Store Manager Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Dutch-Way Farm Market located in Gap, PA. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, meeting sales and P&L goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with team members and customers.
