Duties
- Package Pre Rolls, Jars and Bags to the highest of quality standards.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork.
