Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily production operations, ensuring equipment functionality, and maintaining safety standards within a fast-paced factory environment. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment on the assembly line to ensure smooth production flow.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical skills to assemble components and perform routine maintenance.
- Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished products within the facility.
- Conduct inspections of machinery and products to identify defects or issues, troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist with setup, changeovers, and adjustments of production lines to meet quality standards and production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Support inventory management by accurately tracking materials and finished goods.
Skills
- Proven experience in manufacturing or factory settings, with familiarity working on assembly lines.
- Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
- Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for specific equipment use.
