Role Description
We are an aerospace manufacturing company based in Orlando, FL, looking for an experienced Fabricator/Machinist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining a variety of equipment, including CNC mills, CNC CO₂ lasers, CNC fiber lasers, punches, presses, and welding equipment.
Responsibilities include setting up and calibrating machinery, interpreting drawings, producing precision parts and components, monitoring machine operations to ensure accuracy, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment issues. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality control standards.

Qualifications
- Experience with operating and maintaining machining tools.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong skills in precision measurements, tolerance checks, and mathematical calculations related to machining.

- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Commitment to safety practices and adherence to quality control procedures.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
