Position Summary:
The Production Scheduler prepares production schedules to meet customer requirements related to available resources. The Production Scheduler works closely with manufacturing personnel; Production Manager, Purchasing Manager, Logistics Manager, Project Managers, and Sales Managers to plan and fulfill production orders with executable delivery dates, relevant to available capacity.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Advises Manufacturing Team and Project Management regarding proposed production schedule and any necessary adjustments to the schedule.
- Determine if production will be constrained in future periods; load level production plan and identify and work with production on potential corrective actions.
- Issue actual versus scheduled production metrics weekly to meet the plan On Time delivery target.
- Participate in meetings and keep up to date on issues related to sales forecast, manufacturing, planning, new product introductions, metrics, and other related supply chain issues.
- Identify and resolve issues by presenting various alternative solutions.
- The ability to complete necessary job tasks in a timely/professional manner as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Requires a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in administration, accounting, manufacturing, and materials.
- SAP experience preferred
- Computer experience with Windows, and Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) required
- Good knowledge of modern manufacturing processes
- Data analysis, Root Cause Analysis skills, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Attention to detail
Additional Requirements:

Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary based on need. May be required to work holidays or weekends.
