Construction Foreman (On-Site)

Project Duration: 2 Years (with opportunity for extension on future Mammoth projects)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team on a high-end condominium development in Mammoth Lakes, CA, featuring luxury residential units, a restaurant, and spa amenities. This is a full-time, site-based position requiring relocation for approximately 24 months, with the opportunity to continue on future Mammoth-area projects upon successful completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior construction and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination, with the ability to lead daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety, and schedule requirements are met. This position will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Management Team to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily field operations with a focus on interior finishes and MEP trades
- Manage subcontractor activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project documents
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and low-voltage installations
- Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings to identify and resolve field conflicts
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project standards
- Assist in maintaining project schedules and tracking subcontractor progress
- Coordinate inspections and support project closeout activities
- Enforce site safety requirements and company policies
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project management staff
- Document field activities and assist with daily reports, RFIs, and coordination issues
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of construction field experience as a Foreman, Lead Foreman, or Superintendent-level field leader
- Strong experience with MEP coordination and interior construction
- Experience on mixed-use, or commercial projects a must
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced construction environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and schedule performance
- High school diploma required; additional construction-related education is a plus

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
