Upper School Business and Entrepreneurship Teacher (part-time)

Durham Academy is accepting applications for a part-time Upper School Business and Entrepreneurship teacher to begin August 1, 2026 and teach two classes. Candidates should have some successful experience teaching in a related field. This is a newly-created position with the freedom to develop new elective courses, the focuses of which might include the  foundational elements of budgeting, marketing, leadership, economics, product development, basic finance, and a range of other areas. All candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; master's degree preferred.

Founded in 1933, Durham Academy is an all-gender, independent day school with 1,267 students in Pre-kindergarten through grade 12 on three campuses.
