The Durant Board of Education is seeking a dynamic leader to continue the growth and process in our education system. DISD is interested in candidates who are knowledgeable and have a proven track record as an experience educational leader.
Successful candidates for Assistant Superintendent will be able to demonstrate a commitment to high academic standards for all students, provide a successful record of improving student achievement, increasing school performance, closing achievement gaps, building a performance-based culture, and instructional leadership to help students excel, and demonstrating support for students and teachers.
