Law Firm Operations Manager
We are a growing law firm and we are looking for an experienced Law Firm Operations Manager to help us continue to grow and improve our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of both offices
- Oversee and support attorneys and staff
- Improve office systems, procedures, and workflows
- Assist with hiring, training, and employee management
- Monitor productivity, deadlines, and workload
- Manage technology, vendors, and office needs
- Assist with billing, collections, and financial reporting
- Help create a consistent and professional client experience
- Work with the attorneys to develop and implement growth strategies
Qualifications
- Experience managing or operating a law firm preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience managing employees
- Familiarity with legal technology and practice-management software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take initiative and get things done
- Professional, dependable, and highly organized
