What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication between our customers, plant operations, and the account management team. Your day‑to‑day work will include:
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with customers
- Processing customer orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Communicating customer requests, concerns, and ship date changes to the appropriate departments
- Resolving customer issues related to pricing, quality, or service
- Partnering with Account Managers and technical teams on special projects
- Providing information and guidance on pricing, procedures, and company policies
- Maintaining daily order reports and ensuring all orders are entered into the CRM system
- Preparing quotes and obtaining raw material pricing
- Coordinating requests for samples, brochures, and product literature
- Supporting the Customer Service Manager as needed
- Managing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) for key accounts
- Works with Account Managers and the technical team on special projects, and supplies information and advice on pricing, procedures, and policies.

- Customer service experience—manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfort using computers and programs like Excel, Word, or CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
- Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a team‑first mindset

Preferred Experience
Experience with the following systems or tools is a plus:
- CRM systems or database software
- Inventory and manufacturing systems
- Order processing systems
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems
Physical Requirements
This role is primarily office‑based. Employees must be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally stand, walk, and reach. Light lifting (up to 10 lbs.) may be required. Reasonable accommodation may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
