About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Director of Revenue Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and overseeing our sales operations, marketing operations and customer success operations processes, managing our CRM (Salesforce), HubSpot (marketing operations), and ensuring the smooth integration of various sales tools. You will work closely with internal and external teams to drive process improvements and support the sales team’s success. Range: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 depending on location and level of experience.

- Owning end-to-end GTM operations for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, including sales, marketing, and customer success workflows.
- Being the primary RevOps leader in a small or lean team, with the ability to operate autonomously while influencing strategic direction.
- Driving cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve funnel efficiency and customer acquisition.
- Managing and optimizing key revenue systems, including Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Outreach/SalesLoft, HubSpot, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo.
- Maintaining and governing CRM data, ensuring accurate lead, account, contact, and opportunity records, and enforcing best practices for data hygiene.
- Refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and enabling more targeted outbound campaigns, leveraging tools like Clay and ZoomInfo.
- Implementing automated workflows to reduce manual tasks across lead routing, pipeline inspection, and territory management.
- Leveraging AI capabilities for:
- Sales forecasting and pipeline health monitoring
- Intelligent lead scoring and routing
- Automating prospect research and enrichment
- Enabling predictive insights to inform GTM strategy
- Delivering reporting and insights to GTM and executive leadership through dashboards, cohort analysis, and performance KPIs.
- Providing hands-on training and support to sales and marketing teams on CRM usage, tools adoption, and operational processes.
- 7–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM function—ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Deep Salesforce CRM expertise, including experience as a Salesforce Admin or equivalent.
- Strong technical proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Clay, and data/reporting platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and deploy AI solutions across RevOps use cases (e.g., forecasting, automation, enrichment).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data and turn them into action.
- A builder’s mindset: you enjoy creating scalable systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure from scratch.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels—from sales reps to the C-suite—and balancing strategic and tactical priorities.
- Bonus: experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or PLG-focused SaaS environments
