This is a full-time, on-site role located in Columbia, SC for an Onsite and Remote Support Technician (MSP). The role involves providing technical support, resolving technical issues, performing troubleshooting tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Responsibilities include maintaining hardware and software functionality, assisting with network operations, and communicating with clients to address and resolve technology-related concerns. - Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve system and hardware issues effectively
- Strong foundation in Information Technology, including knowledge of network systems and related software
- Excellent Communication skills to provide clear and effective assistance to clients and team members
- Experience with Software installation, configuration, and system updates
- Ability to manage tasks in a structured and professional manner
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving technical requirements and willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or equivalent are a plus
- Previous experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments is preferred
