Outside Sales Representative, On Site

Dupage Machine Products is a precision contract manufacturer specializing in high-quality "turned" metal components for OEMs across industries such as hydraulic , aerospace, medical, defense, automotive, and industrial equipment. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional quality, on-time performance, and engineering-driven solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Person to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify, and secure new business
• Conduct on-site customer visits, presentations, and plant tours
• Prepare and deliver sales reports
• Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, material requirements, and precision manufacturing processes (particularly CNC turning, Swiss turning, and related machining technologies)
• Reports directly to management / ownership of the company
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial products, machining, or related fields
• Proven track record of sales growth and relationship-building
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational abilities
• CRM experience is plus
