Residential Lending Servicer
DuPage Credit Union has an immediate, full-time opening for a Residential Lending Servicer.

Position Overview
The Residential Lending Servicer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day servicing of residential mortgage loans after closing and funding. This role ensures mortgage accounts are maintained accurately and efficiently while delivering exceptional service to members throughout the life of their loan.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to navigate a fast-paced environment while balancing operational responsibilities, regulatory compliance, and member support. This position also serves as a resource to team members and contributes to the overall success and efficiency of the Residential Lending team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage residential mortgage accounts post-closing, including escrow administration, tax processing, PMI management, loan maintenance, and servicing updates
· Process and reconcile mortgage-related transactions, including payments, payoffs, escrow disbursements, ACH postings, and escrow analyses
· Research and resolve member inquiries related to mortgage payments, escrow accounts, insurance, payoff requests, and servicing concerns
· Ensure compliance with investor, regulatory, and internal servicing requirements, including Fannie Mae reporting and required member notifications
· Support departmental operations by assisting with workflow management, servicing queues, and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· 2 years of mortgage servicing, mortgage operations, or related financial institution experience preferred
· Knowledge of mortgage servicing processes, escrow administration, payment processing, and regulatory requirements preferred
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
· Effective communication, problem-solving, and member service skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage servicing systems preferred
