Join Our Team as a Full-Time Teller – Naperville Branch
We’re looking for a friendly, service-focused professional who’s passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences, building lasting relationships, and helping our members achieve their financial goals.
What You’ll Do:
As a Teller, you will be the face of DuPage Credit Union — welcoming Members, processing transactions accurately, and identifying opportunities to enhance their financial lives.
- Greet every Member with warmth and professionalism.
- Perform routine financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and more.
- Maintain accuracy in all cash handling and balancing activities.
- Identify and refer opportunities to deepen Member relationships through financial products and services.
- Uphold our DUPAGE philosophy in every interaction by focusing on each Member’s unique needs.
- Support your branch team in achieving sales and service goals.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of cash handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including Saturdays

Work Environment & Schedule:
This is a full-time, onsite role requiring flexibility with scheduling. You must be available to work varying shifts during branch business hours, including some Saturdays.
