Position Title: Program Manager

Location: Huntsville, AL, or Franklin, NC

Duotech Services is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Program Manager to help lead and deliver mission‑critical repair and production programs that support military‑grade electronic systems. In this role, you’ll take ownership of program execution from planning through completion—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met while collaborating with engineering, production, supply chain, and customer-facing teams. Position Overview

The Program Manager oversees multiple production and repair programs, ensuring successful execution, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. You’ll coordinate internal and external resources, manage financial and schedule performance, and maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program strategies, plans, schedules, and performance tracking.

• Coordinate repair activities including resource allocation and progress monitoring.

• Manage program budgets with focus on cost-effectiveness and financial targets.

• Collaborate across functional teams to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

• Select and manage external vendors and service providers to support program needs.

• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Track KPIs and performance metrics; drive improvement initiatives.

• Prepare presentations and lead stakeholder meetings to communicate status and resolve issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices.

• Support and mentor team members to foster a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.

• Skilled in risk assessment, process improvement, and problem solving.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to stakeholders.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience building MS Project schedules preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Desired Skills

• PMP certification or a defined plan to obtain it shortly after hire.

• Understanding of defense-sector embedded electronics, including radar, avionics, and sensor technologies.

• Experience with budget forecasting and presenting program management reviews (PMRs).

• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects.

• Knowledge of ITAR, export control requirements, FAR, and DFARS.

• Experience in ISO9001 and AS9100 environments.

Additional Requirements

• Comfortable with basic math and data analysis for reporting.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs of test or support equipment as needed.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (typically under 10%).

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.
