- Learn to create viral influencer collabs on a fast-paced team and work with your favorite influencers
- Contribute to campaigns and other marketing projects with guidance tailored to your personal growth
- Learn about influencer marketing standards and strategies, and develop exciting and engaging content as a result
- Collaborate with key partners across marketing, design, product, engineering, and brand studio partners to develop ideas and content
- Learn to negotiate with influencers & agencies to get the best rate
- Identify trending influencers before they’ve hit mainstream
- Support coordination of other projects across marketing as needed
- A bachelor's degree by spring 2027
- 1 year previous experience via internships, clubs, side projects, student organizations, etc.
- Experience collaborating with creators and influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Snapchat, etc., either for a brand or your personal social media
- Strong Creative skills; experience working with creators and influencers to develop unique concepts to integrate brand deals into engaging content
- Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to both negotiate strongly while maintaining goodwill with influencers, managers, agencies, etc.
- Experience with brand ambassadorship programs for smaller influencers
- Experience developing and deploying swag/merch for influencers
- A Duolingo streak
