Internship Description
As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will work closely under the supervision of our Project Managers. You will learn the entire lifecycle of a social commerce campaign, from initial planning to final reporting, assisting in key coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Your focus will be on supporting the Project Management team and ensuring operational efficiency:
- Project Assistance: Assist Project Managers in the execution and delivery of e-commerce campaigns, including livestreaming, influencer video content, and live store operations.
- Coordination Support: Help coordinate internal resources and communication across various teams (livestreaming, influencer outreach, operations, and backend support).
- Tracking and Reporting: Maintain and update project progress trackers, ensuring all key execution milestones are logged accurately.
- Data Collection: Assist in gathering and compiling performance data (GMV, conversion rates, engagement metrics) for mid-campaign check-ins and final reporting.
- Materials Prep: Support the creation of client-facing materials, meeting agendas, and internal project briefs.
- Process Learning: Take the initiative to learn standardized project management processes and social commerce business logic.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, Media, or a related field.
- Experience: Demonstrated interest in social media, livestream commerce, or influencer marketing. Prior relevant club or part-time experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) and their content formats.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Advanced Excel/PPT skills are a bonus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Language: Fluency in English is required. Mandarin Chinese is a plus
