Embroidery Machine Operator — Duo Threads (Midland, MI)
Duo Threads is growing fast, and we're looking for someone to join our production team running our commercial embroidery machines. We're the go-to name in sorority, gameday, collegiate, and custom apparel — trusted by 700 retail and wholesale stores nationwide, with showrooms in Dallas and Atlanta and HQ here in Midland.
What you'll do: operate and assist with our commercial embroidery machines, prep fabric for production, run our laser machines, and support other embroidery equipment across the shop as we scale up.
What we're looking for: prior sewing or embroidery experience preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate. What matters most: sharp attention to detail, efficiency under deadline, a positive attitude, and someone who works well as part of a team.
Pay & schedule: $16–20/hr, based on experience. Open to part-time, but hoping to bring on someone full-time.
