Field Supervisor Work Requirements Field Supervisors provide canvassers with resources, guidance and technical support required to succeed during the canvass program. You must be 25 years or older with a valid driver's license and provide a copy of your driving abstract from the Department of Motor Vehicles. You will transport canvassers to and from different locations while providing an extra level of safety. As a field supervisor, you will ensure canvassers comply with all company policies and assist with the training and transportation of the canvas team. You will help canvassers collect accurate data and communicate relevant information from the field to the Canvass Management Team.Previous campaign and/or managerial experience is preferred but not required. Each driver must successfully complete a 2 hr (unpaid) training and a minimum of two (2) paid canvass shifts prior to assuming the role. Field supervisors must possess team spirit and leadership qualities that will drive their team to achieve program goals. We seek individuals who can increase productivity while making work fun. Qualified candidates will be skilled at keeping organized in a bustling environment and have the willingness to work weekdays and weekends. Successful candidates must: Must have their own vehicleBe comfortable speaking with all ethnicities and ages.Be able to use a tablet.Have excellent listening skills.Be able to manage the movement and productivity of canvassers.Be able to document important conversations that occur. Have a social security number, or Green Card.Have a working, charged smartphone at all times.
