The Marketing Director, Creative & Communications is a strategic and forward-thinking leader responsible for defining and elevating the organization’s brand, voice, and visual identity across all channels for Dunlop and Falken branded four-wheel products. This role oversees creative development, internal and external communications, brand strategy, and content creation to drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. The Director leads a multidisciplinary team, collaborates closely with cross-functional partners, and ensures all messaging and creative assets align with company objectives and market positioning.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead the development and execution of integrated brand, creative, and communications strategies that support organizational goals.
- Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on brand messaging, communications strategy, and public relations.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of designers, writers, content creators, and communications specialists.
- Drive the strategy and execution of impactful advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing and communication initiatives reflect the company’s mission, values, and strategic priorities.
- Direct the end-to-end creative process from concept to execution across digital, print, and video platforms.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate environment requiring cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, data management, and vendor/customer interaction. Proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams, including managers, with consistent achievement of results. Demonstrated success in fostering positive, ethical work environments and driving organizational growth through internal promotions and cross-functional development.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from an accredited institution preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and practical business expertise will be considered.
