Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of the bar of any U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
- Sharp intellect, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn new areas of law quickly
- Advanced organizational and communication skills, with the ability to track projects to completion, take ownership of work product, and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- STEM Degree preferred.
- Litigation experience preferred; however, candidates with strong legal fundamentals and a genuine passion for courtroom advocacy are encouraged to apply
- Comfort appearing in court, arguing motions, and managing hearings
- Prior clerkship, internship, or externship experience in a litigation setting
