Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are prepared correctly and consistently.
• Recruit, hire, and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction.
