Key Responsibilities:

• Train restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members
• Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing, and sampling
• Control costs to help maximize profitability
• Completion of regular restaurant inventory and financial reporting
• Completion of weekly schedule ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards
• Ensure restaurant budget is met as determined by Franchisee
• Communicates restaurant priorities, goals, and results to restaurant team members

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
• Exercises good time-management and problem-solving skills
• Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
