Key Responsibilities:
- Train restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members
- Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing, and sampling
- Control costs to help maximize profitability
- Completion of regular restaurant inventory and financial reporting
- Completion of weekly schedule ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards
- Ensure restaurant budget is met as determined by Franchisee
- Communicates restaurant priorities, goals, and results to restaurant team members
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
- Exercises good time-management and problem-solving skills
- Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
