Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and inspiring General Manager to lead our teams and build a fun and safe environment for our guests and employees. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the culture and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members
• Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction
• Control costs to help maximize profitability
• Completion of regular restaurant inventory and financial reporting
• Ensure restaurant budget is met as determined by Franchisee

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
• Good time-management and problem-solving skills

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
