Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee using various preparation techniques and equipment with precision and care
- Ensure customer satisfaction by catering to guests' needs and offering menu recommendations
- Sell coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment enthusiastically
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory, storage, and supplies efficiently
- Keep a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience as a barista or crew member preferred
- Skilled in coffee preparation and operating coffee equipment
- Strong sales and presentation skills with a motivated attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
