As the Assistant Manager, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, developing team members, and achieving business goals. You'll be a hands-on leader, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy.
- Lead and motivate crew members to deliver great guest experiences
- Support training and development of team members to maintain high standards
- Manage daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor sales performance and labor costs to achieve profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with all Dunkin' brand standards and safety regulations
- Step in as the manager-on-duty as needed to keep the store running smoothly
