What You'll Do

As a Crew Member, you'll help create a great experience for every guest by:

• Greeting guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Preparing food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Operating the register and handling guest transactions
• Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized
• Working as part of a team to deliver fast, friendly service
• Following food safety and Dunkin' brand standards
• Helping with opening, closing, and daily restaurant tasks
• Supporting your teammates wherever needed
