What are the responsibilities and job description for the District Manager position at Dunkin' - NGP Management?
Ready to grow and make an impact? At NGP Management, we are looking for an energetic and experienced District Manager to oversee approximately 5 - 8 Dunkin' locations and lead our Store Managers and teams to success! This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing people, improving operations, and driving results.
What You Will Do
- Lead and support 5-8 store locations to ensure they operate safely, efficiently, and profitably.
- Coach develop, and hold Store Managers accountable for performance and results.
- Conduct regular store visits, Restaurant Operation Reviews (RORs), service checks, and operational audits.
- Ensure excellent product quality, guest service, food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain strong management teams.
- Monitor sales, labor, costs, cash handling, and store profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local requirements.
- Conduct weekly Store Manager meetings and provide consistent coaching and feedbakc.
- Respond to operational challenges and emergencies with professionalism and sound judgement.
What You Bring
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or multi-unit operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
- Ability to travel between multiple locations.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or outside normal hours when needed.
- ServeSafe certification or ability to obtain it.
