What you’ll do on the closing shift:
Bring the energy – Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and upbeat service.
Make the magic – Prepare coffee, Refreshers, and food to Dunkin’ standards (training provided).
Work smart – Stay organized and keep quality high, especially during busy moments.
Connect with people – Help customers and teammates throughout the shift.
Keep it clean – Support end-of-shift cleanup and help maintain a safe, welcoming space.
Who we’re looking for:
A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn (no experience needed!).
Availability for afternoons and weekends (tell us what works for you).
Ability to work the opening shift from 4:00am-11:00am

REQUIREMENTS
- Available for opening shift hours 4:00am-11:00am
- Able to work full-time and/or part-time based on store needs
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude and a positive team mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment while staying organized
- Comfort with learning and following Dunkin’ brand standards for service and quality
- Experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required
- Willingness to help with food preparation, making beverages, and keeping stations stocked
- Ability to follow food safety and cleanliness procedures throughout your shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Strong communication skills for working with coworkers and serving customers
