What you'll do on the closing shift:

• Bring the energy - Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and upbeat service.

• Make the magic - Prepare coffee, Refreshers, and food to Dunkin' standards (training provided).

• Work smart - Stay organized and keep quality high, especially during busy moments.

• Connect with people - Help customers and teammates throughout the shift.

• Keep it clean - Support end-of-shift cleanup and help maintain a safe, welcoming space.

Who we're looking for:

• A positive attitude and strong team spirit.

• Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn (no experience needed!).

• Availability for afternoons and weekends (tell us what works for you).

• Ability to work the closing shift from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.

Schedule type: Full-time and Part-time

• Available for closing shift hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Able to work full-time and/or part-time based on store needs
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude and a positive team mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment while staying organized
• Comfort with learning and following Dunkin' brand standards for service and quality
• Experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required
• Willingness to help with food preparation, making beverages, and keeping stations stocked
• Ability to follow food safety and cleanliness procedures throughout your shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
• Strong communication skills for working with coworkers and serving customers
