Taberna Dunkin' Crew Member

Crew Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Duties:

• Greet guests as they approach the counter to place an order
• Inform customers of daily specials
• Take and enter orders in the POS cash register
• Accurately count change before returning to the customer
• Relay customers' orders to teammates and help prepare the order
• Stock work areas with condiments, napkins, and drink straws
• Pack orders and hand them to the customer
• Help keep the restaurant clean and tidy

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment
• No one under age 16 may be hired
